Replays are now added first, and the editor check and guard run right
before navigating, so a strategy opened while a replay was copying can't
be closed around the guard. Cancel keeps the editor; the replay stays
added, as Add Replay would leave it.

The .ica half of a mixed drop imports through the app's container, so the
switch to the Replays tab can't dispose its importer. A drop on the
Replays tab with other files says they were left out. Uninstall clears
the .vrf default only while it still points at Icarus.
