Lower borrowed wall tops and anchor lifted bases from the anomaly sweep

Apply two of the detector classes from detect_wall_anomalies.py across
every map except Split:

* borrowed-height: a thin piece whose band top clears the 3D column under
its own ink by 2 m or more while its neighbours on the same stroke agree
with the 3D. Its top drops to the column, never below 1.9 m over ground,
so it still hides a standing player and only stops hiding eyes above it.
* see-under: a lowest band lifted off the floor where the 3D is solid
beneath. Anchored to the floor only when the band is at least 1.5 m
thick and at least 40 faces fill the gap. Thin overhead pipes and beams
fail that test on purpose: anchoring one collapsed an Icebox corridor.

Reviewed walls and protected names are skipped. Three Bind pieces where the
ray probe and the vertical column disagree stay held out in
scripts/data/wall-anomaly-holdouts.json until Dara looks at them.
