Hash the map artwork in its LF form so any checkout loads the models

The bundled models recorded the SHA-256 of each map SVG as it sat in a
Windows checkout, with CRLF line endings, while git stores the file with
LF. An LF checkout (macOS, Linux, or Windows without autocrlf) failed the
artwork check on every map and drew no cones. Greptile's Linux checkout
found it; the Windows CI runner could not.

The loader now strips carriage returns before hashing and the 26 models
record the LF hash, so both checkouts verify. The pinned model checksums
follow the re-encoded files.
