Answer the review: drop the dead ellipse path, seal heights from the chart

CodeRabbit's pass on the cut. The range ellipse only ever came from the
removed world projection, so the painter's transform branch and its test
go; the drag feedback fades through the cone's own opacity instead of an
Opacity layer over the whole subtree; the standing heights for the
transition geometry come from the sealed navigation chart, not the
catalog; the unused isAttack parameter on the path planner is gone; the
release scripts pin the bundled models instead of running the archived
suite; and the model document points at the archive where it still
named scripts.
