Ask the canvas about a deleted page instead of reading the notice

The notice that a page was deleted under unsent edits is raised only when
something asks. In the moment between a teammate's delete arriving and the
replacement page loading, it wasn't raised yet, so a copy could still go
through without those edits. The wait now runs the session's own check,
which also raises the notice.
