The beta is going public, so it moves off the development deployment we
push branch code to by hand. Each push to icarus-cloud now deploys the
Convex server to production first and then builds the web client against
it, so the site never runs ahead of its backend; a failed server deploy
publishes nothing. Production got the R2 settings and an empty
asset-reference backfill beforehand.
