Dara's review of the previous change: the ramp down into the B Hall tunnel
is walled on both sides, so from the platform above you cannot see east
over the tunnel. The horizontal probe read nothing above the ceiling there
and the re-measure trusted it; the tunnel review's blanket was right. The
re-measure is withdrawn, and with it the void seal that only existed to
stop the leak the re-measure opened. Both scripts stay unapplied.

The west mouth stays open under its 7 m header, which Dara confirmed. The
tunnel and Breeze tests return to their reviewed expectations.
