The page add and every item and lineup group of the copy are now stored in
one outbox write, for the strategy captured when "+" was pressed: a write
that fails stores none of it, adds no page, and says so. Work for a page
whose add hasn't landed is stored at the page-change record version, so a
build from before the ordered list leaves it alone instead of sending it
before the page exists. Only a page this computer copied opens before its
add lands; a server copy still on its way opens once the server has it.
