Give each CI run its own Convex preview

Runs on main aren't serialized and share a preview name, so one run's
cleanup deleted another's preview (CI on f1b0bf3 failed with
DeploymentNotFound), and two runs could test against each other's
deploy. A cancelled PR run's cleanup had the same reach.
