Merge main into fix/all-map-vision

Resolves the toolbar fold: the sightline screenshot flow that lived in
SaveAndLoadButton now runs from EditorToolbar's camera control, and the
view-cone agent's context-menu test opens main's Weapon submenu before
looking for the categories.
