If the editor still holds the strategy (export loads it into the editor),
the move saves and clears it before reading the original, and deletes the
original only if the editor doesn't hold it again by then. Deleting a
moving strategy is refused at the deletion itself, so a folder delete
already underway skips it, and keeps the folder.
