Tell people signing up with a registered email to sign in instead

Supabase answers a sign-up for an email that already has an account with
success and no email, so the dialog said "Account created! Check your
inbox" and nothing ever came. The answer's user has no identities in that
case; say the account exists and point to sign-in or Discord.
