Draw work that no longer fits whole, so nothing on top can hide it

A recovered change that, merged onto the server's version, can't be read
(a lineup aimed at a landing a teammate removed) is drawn as the user made
it, whole, instead of being left off the page. An edit on top of it is then
whole too and carries it, and Keep mine saves the user's version whole over
the server's at its current revision; Use cloud drops it. Before, a hidden
change could be replaced by a canvas edit to the same group and lost on
Keep mine. Refused work that collided with the server takes the same
reason, so Keep mine resolves it in one step.
