The offline pipeline behind the height-band cones (the scripts, the review
data under scripts/data, the audit and bench harnesses under tool, the
per-map acceptance reports and the fixtures only they read) is provenance,
not something the app or CI runs. It now lives in the icarus-vision-pipeline
archive, copied from f46a4a4 where every file keeps its history.

The repository keeps what runs: the bundled models, the CI wall-height
preflight, world_shadow_mesh.dart for its test, and docs/vision-model.md,
which now says where the rest went. The two certificate tests that hashed
the pipeline scripts go with them.
