## Message

```
Follow a removal by its count; start over when a page is refused
The dialog watched removal by reloading everything, so one failed read
looked like "no one left" and stopped it, and the people list could be
read before the last batch. It now polls only the link's count, takes a
failed poll as unknown, and reads the people once the count reaches
zero. A page the server refuses (a cursor from before a deploy) starts
the list over instead of retrying the same cursor.
