Clip a sweep's area to its own size, not the whole canvas

Skia on Windows draws this clip as a CPU mask over its bounds. Bounded to
the area instead of a half-plane, a Paranoia in flight costs about
0.02 ms raster per frame instead of about 0.29 ms (profile build, paired
runs). It draws the same.
