A side change of a page whose slot holds a record an older build saved
takes main's path again: parking it apart let a canvas reconcile drop a
rename merged into it, and the canvas could not find it after reopening.
The forward-moving creation clock and the before/after ordering around a
page change are gone too. The one page change in a batch now goes last,
after the batch's other work, which keeps an edit made before "+" ahead
of the copy.
