Refuse protocol 5 clients once circles move to the 110 m box

A client on protocol 5 places a custom circle by the 40 m box. Given a
version 3 circle row it draws the circle 35 m up and left, and its next
edit writes the row back whole at version 1, which every new client then
corrects a second time. Protocol 6 refuses those clients until they
reload, as protocol 4 did for Paranoia rows.

Convex deploys before the web build, so open web tabs are held from the
moment the server changes, before any client can write a version 3 row.
Their queued work stays queued and is sent after the reload. No desktop
release has cloud sync yet.
