Work drawn whole from the outbox carries a base rebuilt over the cloud's
version as it is now, so the lineup comparison read it as the shared
starting point and listed no cloud changes. Read that work's starting
point from the change itself (its merge base), and say plainly that Keep
mine replaces the teammate's changes to every lineup in the group. The
held reason now survives a reload, and its message no longer claims the
work is always on the page.
