Replace hardcoded Material colors with tactical theme tokens

- Add Settings.attackColor, defenderColor, mixedStrategyColor getters backed by tacticalVioletTheme
- strategy_tile_sections: redAccent/lightBlueAccent/orangeAccent labels -> attackColor/defenderColor/mixedStrategyColor; deepPurpleAccent drag border -> ring
- strategy_tile: redAccent delete icon/text -> destructive
- folder_content: grey empty-state text -> mutedForeground
- folder_navigator: white popover button labels -> foreground
- delete_strategy_alert_dialog: white delete icon/text -> destructiveForeground
- line_up_media_page: white section labels -> foreground; white add/paste controls and broken-image icon -> secondaryForeground
