Brings main's seven commits across so the two branches can become one.

- Paranoia (#222): data version 104 now runs in StrategyMigrator, where
  icarus-cloud moved the migration chain out of StrategyProvider. Its
  tests call the migrator.
- Folders on the strategy grid (#223) and no "No strategies in this
  folder" line (#224): ported into icarus-cloud's FolderContent, which
  merges the local and cloud stores. Both tests now pump the library
  signed out, the way a desktop user with no account sees it.
- Defense resize (#227): icarus-cloud already had it as #226 and #231,
  so its side stands.
- Wordmark and CLAUDE.md pointer merge cleanly.
