Send removed replays to the Recycle Bin, never delete them outright

Remove deleted Icarus's copy for good, so any misjudgment about which
file it was could not be undone. It now moves the copy to the Recycle
Bin through IFileOperation. A progress sink aborts any delete the shell
would do permanently (subst drives, no Recycle Bin, too big for it);
then Remove says so and leaves the file and its cache. The decode cache
is still deleted outright, since a decode rebuilds it.

A link in Valorant's folder back to Icarus's copy no longer counts as
Valorant still having the replay: the check no longer follows links,
the same as the listing.
