Show which replays Valorant may clear, keep them, and remove kept ones

A tile whose replay lives only in Valorant's folder now has a Keep button
beside its date, with a tooltip saying Valorant may clear that folder.
Keep copies it into Icarus, as the right-click item already did.

A replay kept in Icarus can be removed from the right-click menu after a
confirm. It deletes Icarus's copy and its decoded cache, keeping the cache
when Valorant still has the same file, and never touches Valorant's folder.
Valorant-only replays get no Remove.
