ShadTooltip only follows hover through Shad's own buttons, so the toggle sat on an InkWell with a tooltip that never showed. It is a ghost ShadButton now, same footprint and hover wash, sized by the map card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
