Hand captures copies of a local strategy's pages

A video export of a local strategy read the library's own page objects,
which the editor also draws from when it opens a page. Loading a page
into a capture rebuilds its drawings' paths in the capture's 1920x1080
coordinates, in place, so a page opened during the export (D) could show
its strokes at the capture's scale afterwards. The stored points were
never touched; the editor used to hide this by rebuilding its paths
after every capture, which the previous commit made unnecessary.

The export now copies the pages it reads, as the open-page screenshot
already does. A test loads a saved stroke into a capture and finds the
library's path unchanged; it fails reading the library's objects.
