Make To-Do List, in the page context menu and the palette when the
selection holds bulleted or numbered paragraphs, removes their lists and
gives each the first check box tag in the tag list; Make Bulleted List
trades that tag back for the default bullet. Each is one undo step and
one revision. OneNote 2010 has no such command, and its Ctrl+1 keeps a
list beside the new To Do box (corpus/to-do-list/native).
