feat: Markdown shortcuts turn typed Markdown into OneNote formatting

To Do check box, and `* `, `- `, `1. `, `1) ` and `a. ` the lists OneNote
2010's own AutoFormat makes of them: bullets 2 and 25, numbers `##.` and
`##)`, the lettered sequence, and a count restarting at a typed number. Its
AutoFormat makes `> ` an arrow bullet; here it is the Quote style.
`**bold**`, `*italic*`, `_italic_`, `~~strike~~` and `` `code` `` format the
text between, but not inside words, URLs, links, equations or code. Each is
one edit after the typing, which Undo takes back to the characters typed;
Backspace does too after a paragraph marker.

A page written with every trigger and the built-in theme cold-opens in OneNote
2010 without complaint, its h1 to h6 and blockquote quick styles, lists, To Do
states and inline formatting reading back as written; its list XML matches
what OneNote's AutoFormat wrote for the same markers.

"Markdown Shortcuts", on by default, is in the toolbar's More View Options,
the command palette, Options > Editing and the iOS More menu, and saved in
the settings.
