test: rerun the native reconciliation gates on page saves

Every native reconciliation corpus that the per-operation intents had
produced is regenerated from page-model saves and cold-opened in disposable
OneNote 2010 clones: the sixteen paragraph reconciliation controls, the four
offline split/join groups, the outline and tree offline fixtures with the two
emptied-cell captures, the eighteen offline page-edit cases and the
twelve-client section. The captures replace the old records in place; the
page-edit provenance is rebuilt from the new runs.

Outcomes under the merge: the paragraph controls publish 32 receipts, six
merging automatically and ten after review, where the COM-replacement and
bullet-adoption joins that the typed writers could only retain now publish as
reviewed pages. The outline and tree fixtures each merge seven and review
seven of fourteen, including the four native deletions whose review keeps the
dependent text alone. The offline inheritance group has four cases, since a
join of runs that differ in language or spacing is not a page-model edit and
is recorded as refused. Page batches keep their nine conflicts and 24
publications.

The outline record names the changed object, the change and the dependent
text object per page so the public check can apply them; the reviewed split
inside a table cell is placed after the remote prefix; a replacement takes
the format of the first replaced character; the twelve-client bodies keep
their combining mark. The corpus READMEs describe the page-save runs and
their regeneration commands.

Verification: cargo clippy --workspace --all-features --all-targets, cargo
nextest run -p notebook --all-features, Python lane (162 passed) against the
installed captures.
