test: capture native page lifecycle controls

Freeze six OneNote 2010 phases covering blank styles, duplicate and automatic titles, rename, nesting, explicit order and soft parent deletion. Verify each against independent fresh-cache native output, exact body graphs and page-series grouping, including retained recycle content.

Retain a reproducible native controller with settled-content and reopened-identity checks. Accept section-root XML in the independent comparator. The 146-test Python lane and final focused controls pass; all ten owned Windows clones were removed.
