Take the parent, all, features and leading-parent outputs of
delete_pages_permanently, let OneNote 2010 create a titled page with a bold
body in each section through COM, and reopen each natively saved section
through a fresh cache. Every surviving page keeps its exact active revision
through both native phases; the native page carries its title and body; the
cold reopen changes only the section root's navigation metadata copies or
nothing at all. tools/test_page_removal.py compares all eight captures with
the Rust model and finds the native title once per hierarchy. Eight owned
