feat: render roots, limits, named fences, accents and function names as OneNote does
A second equation-editor session (corpus/math-edit/native-editor-2, typed
by tools/native_math.py with ONESTORE_MATH_EQUATIONS) adds square and
n-th roots, a plain fraction, a limit with an upright function name, a
product, square brackets, an overbar and a hat to the MathML oracle, and
the mapping now reproduces all nine exports byte for byte: radicals render
as msqrt or mroot with the degree second, brackets other than parentheses
name their fences, an accent object is mover accent="true" with the
combining mark exported as its spacing character, an overbar is mover
accent="false" with a stretchy bar, and runs of upright letters are one
function-name identifier that a limit base wraps in a row.
Mouse ink drawn over an outline in OneNote 2010 becomes a page-level
drawing (corpus/ink-edit/native-mouse-over-text, tools/native_handwriting.py),
so handwriting inside text runs cannot be authored in the lab and stays
read-only retained content.
