feat: Modern takes OneNote's page title in Arial and tints its headings to the section, and new notebooks start in it

Modern ships as modern-2: OneNote 2010's PageTitle (17 pt, regular, automatic) in
Arial, and headings 1, 5 and 6 in the section's accent. The first Modern is retired
rather than changed, so app versions don't restyle each other's pages: pages and
scopes given it keep it, and only where it is worn is it listed. New notebooks take
Modern, or Options' "Default for new notebooks"; notebooks without a theme are
still never touched. corpus/styles holds the new candidate and its cold read in
OneNote 2010.
