feat(data): conflict pages, SMB like OneNote, and no whole-image edit API left

Conflicts publish as OneNote 2010 conflict pages (one-sided merge, conflict page
under the page, OneNote's delete) instead of a review; cache schema 16 drops the
dead columns. SMB publishes in compound requests with the spec's write order,
the remote stamp is required, and our locks match OneNote's (three OneNote and
three Rust clients converge). Every whole-page and whole-image edit API is gone
from onestore and notebook: tests, examples, fuzz targets and evidence
generators use ops, and protected sections have an ops path. Edits carry the
author's name and initials. New corpus rows: conflict-page, page-date,
extended-ascii.
