feat: drawing tools and audio recording

- Drawing tools (#21): pens and highlighters from OneNote 2010's gallery, the
  stroke eraser, lasso select, move and delete, and line, arrow, rectangle and
  oval shapes. Each stroke is its own ink drawing, stored as OneNote stores
  it, with highlighters drawn by a multiply blend.
- Audio recording (#36): Record Audio inserts a recording and OneNote's
  started line, links notes typed while recording to their moment, and plays
  them back from a transport over the page. Recordings are stored as the spec
  requires, as IMA ADPCM WAV that OneNote 2010 plays, and undo of a page
  delete restores them.
