feat: hybrid macOS icon, Intel Mac build, older systems, appearance setting, image paste, pinch zoom, guide draft

- macOS ships a prebuilt Assets.car (Xcode 26.0.1) so Tahoe and later show the
  Liquid Glass icon and earlier systems the Sequoia icon; iOS uses the same
  Icon Composer icon.
- An Intel Mac build (10.13+), the Apple silicon build on macOS 11+ with the
  macOS 14-only calls gated, and Linux builds against glibc 2.17.
- Appearance: System, Light, or Dark independent of the OS, on every platform;
  Dark Pages is now Pages Match UI Theme.
- Pasting pictures (#51) as OneNote 2010 places and sizes them; pinch zoom
  keeps the point under the cursor (#52).
- The Snowbound Guide notebook draft, not offered in the app until reviewed.
- Windows polish, options and content work in progress that compiles and
  passes.
