Page and application chrome will paint through one renderer, atlas and
image cache, while an iOS host embeds the canvas without the desktop UI
kit. draw paints layers (transform, device clip, primitives); text
arrives as glyph runs through the Glyphs trait, so canvas keeps its
Windows-metric line boxes and the renderer never measures text. Tag
artwork becomes a generic SVG icon primitive. canvas without the gpu
feature stays free of wgpu for the fuzz targets.
