feat: menu bar, native titlebars, new icons, motion, and editable links and math
A macOS menu bar and every shortcut run from one command table, with OneNote's
formatting shortcuts on each platform and macOS zoom on ⌘-/⌘=/⌘0. The toolbar
sits on the system titlebar material on macOS and matches KDE and GNOME
titlebars pixel for pixel (a vendored sctk-adwaita drops GNOME's separator).
Icons are redrawn as lit objects whose accent, highlight and badge parts follow
the section; the renderer honours SVG gradients and opacity. Dialogs, menus and
combos animate, labels wrap, tabs drag and reorder live, sidebar and tabs
rename in place, and the frame takes the window's corner radius (read from
KWin on KDE). The editor gains links, inline equations, iterative select all,
OneNote's numbering restarts and formats, list galleries, remembered colours,
back/forward navigation, page versions and title borders as OneNote draws them.
