test: capture native page selection and movement semantics

Record nine independently cold-reopened OneNote controls for single tabs, selected ranges, collapsed groups and indentation. Retain stable identity, series, content and formatting assertions, with one documented native metadata-copy refresh kept separate from strict Rust publication checks.

Validation: 152 Python tests; 81 native page states and 14,688 character-format comparisons; all owned clones removed.
