feat(data): page versions, editable links and math, TOC and discovery repairs

Page versions follow OneNote 2010: old revisions kept alive by revision labels
and a version list, with restore, delete and copy written as OneNote writes
them. Links and equations are editable end to end (UnicodeMath linear form,
OneNote's Enter rules at equation and link boundaries), and titles no longer
keep a link's field code. Discovery tolerates unreadable or delete-pending
folders, table-of-contents edits keep OneNote's order values on rename, and
recycle-bin placement repairs stale entries. New corpus rows: page-versions,
link-edit and math-edit captures, recycle-bin-repair.
