feat: split ordinary paragraphs with stable identities

Publish text partitions, child transfer, list clones, tags and title metadata in one revision. Retain original left identities and history; reject generated fields and unsupported run metadata before I/O.

Validated at every scalar boundary across twelve native cases, ordinary/checkpoint publication interruptions, 29,316 ASan executions, cold OneNote rendering and four subsequent native typing actions. The full public regression lane passes.
