```
feat: reconcile durable offline paragraph splits and joins
Retain allocated split identities and observed paragraph structure through queue reopen, boundary rebasing and explicit conflict review. Preserve uncertain publication evidence and migrate existing cache receipts and operation ordering to schema 6.
Validate dependent edits and structural conflicts with production SQLite replicas, fault schedules and native OneNote keyboard controls. Cold reopening verifies 32 operations across 38 pages; the public gate passes 192 Rust tests, 8 doctests and 131 Python tests. Add a twelve-replica stateful ASan target.
