feat: change-driven sync with offline copies, Outlook task tags, OneNote-exact tag art, and pixel-snapped icons
- Closed sections sync from change notifications instead of a timer: one
recursive CHANGE_NOTIFY per notebook on the embedded SMB client and the OS
watcher for local folders, with staggered checks, a retry for failing
sections, and an hourly backstop. Every section of a notebook on a share
gets an offline copy, as OneNote 2010 keeps.
- Outlook task tags keep their shape and property status, never write a
definition reference, stay read-only, and are removable; undo of a page
delete restores them.
- Tag art matches OneNote's rendering pixel for pixel on white: symbol 54 is
green, check boxes and badges are redrawn from OneNote's pixels, with
translucent edges for dark pages.
- Icons land on whole device pixels.
- The macOS and Linux toolbar rows use equal leading and trailing insets.
