feat: the toolbar formats the page

Undo and redo, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, sub- and
superscript, font and size lists over their boxes, font colour and
highlight grids, bullets, numbering, indent, outdent, alignment and the
To Do and Question tags act on the page, and toggles light while the
selection has them.
