feat: edit cell shading and indents and nest tables through the page model

Shading and indents change in place on a stored cell: the writer sets or
removes the documented CellShadingColor and the indent array on the cell
object. OneNote 2010 stores the shading property but neither renders it nor
accepts it through its COM schema (corpus/m6/cell-shading-control-01 already
records both), so the property is written as documented without a native
rendering claim. Cell layout still stays fixed, as OneNote sizes cells
itself.

A table inside a cell paragraph needed no new lowering: the placement and
structure passes already recurse through cells. corpus/table-edit/nested is
the native gate, a one-column table written into a cell of the native tree
fixture and cold-read by OneNote 2010 with both tables; tools/test_table_edit.py
checks it without a VM.
