## Message

```
fix: the web build draws emoji in colour (#63)
Noto Color Emoji's COLRv1 build (2.7 MB gzipped, against 10 MB of CBDT
bitmaps) is fetched like the other Noto fallbacks and joins the emoji
generic family, so emoji presentation beats Noto Sans Symbols 2. draw
paints COLRv1 glyphs on the CPU through skrifa's paint graph, which swash
can't, so the same faces draw on Linux too. A fallback face arriving now
lays the open page out again instead of waiting for the next edit.
