feat: native caret and selection, tag geometry, OneNote scroll and snap, iOS spike

The caret fades on TextEdit's timing with system selection colours; font menus
preview each family, hide private ones, scroll by thumb and fade at the edges;
sizes can be typed; popups draw above page edges and open on press; the
titlebar zoom draws every step. Pages switch without stalling or losing their
pictures, which decode near the view within a memory budget. Tags size and sit
like OneNote's, the outline box contains them, To Do boxes check on click,
drags snap to the margin grid, and pages open and scroll where OneNote puts
them. Emptying a box no longer freezes drawing, saves run before accessibility
updates, black highlight censors in both themes, and pasted text takes the
keyboard language. apps/ios and crates/mobile render and edit pages on iPhone.
