feat(data): page series like OneNote, page colours, and notebook management ops

Moved pages get a new page series as OneNote's drag gives them, and merges read
remote moves from series changes (page order only for older files); empty
series are never written. Page and section reorders, OneNote's recycle bin,
new notebooks and sections, title date/time fields and PageOp::Color follow
native captures. New rows: notebook-management, conflict-page series cases,
page-lifecycle *-series regenerations.
