feat(ios): saving, embedded SMB, format bar, search and page management

The iOS app saves through the notebook session under the owner's name, opens
notebooks over the embedded SMB client with Keychain credentials and works
offline, coordinates Files access, and adds a format bar, tag toggles,
pictures, notebook search, page/section creation and deletion, the date
picker and iPad shortcuts. One GPU device and text engines are shared across
page views, and the host owns scrolling.
