feat: move and nest pages atomically

Publish explicit page order, series membership and indentation in one transaction. Preserve page content, unknown properties and prior revisions. Restore optional historical metadata copies only with final graph reachability, and associate copies by their page identifiers independently of array order.

Validate native selection controls and Rust/native round trips, revision checkpoints, interrupted publication, and stateful sanitizer schedules. Retain reproducible corpus captures and remove the disposable Windows clones.
