fix: Modern sets its text in automatic colour but for the accented headings

Headings 2 to 4, Normal, Quote, Citation and Code take Automatic; headings 1, 5 and
6 keep the section's accent. Modern 2 has shipped, so this ships as modern-3 and
modern-2 is retired like the first Modern: pages and scopes given it keep it, and a
default kept for new notebooks moves on to the new Modern. corpus/styles holds the
new candidate and its cold read in OneNote 2010.
